To track your progress you can complete your personal XPRESS JOURNAL each day.  Most fields are optional so just track whatever information is important to YOU.  

 

Upon completion, a copy of your XPRESS JOURNAL will be sent to both you and me with a .pdf file attachment.  You can download the .pdf file and keep in a notebook.
